Job summary

Settly is seeking a Dutch-speaking BDR to join our fast-growing outbound team in Amsterdam. You will build target accounts, run multi-channel outreach, and turn conversations into opportunities, while owning your pipeline end-to-end.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales, use HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and experiment with messaging to improve reply and meeting rates. A hybrid/remote setup offers flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research and build target accounts and contact lists in line with ICP.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings.
• Experiment with messaging, sequences, and personalization to improve replies and meetings.
• Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to manage activity and pipeline.
• Test and adopt new outbound tactics to grow pipeline.
• Monitor and report activity, booked meetings, and pipeline impact.
