Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Founding Engineer in the Netherlands to co-build an AI-powered infrastructure product with the founder. You will own technical architecture, scale systems, and drive production readiness across AI agent workloads, backend, and frontend.

This is a founder-led, high-autonomy role with significant influence on the platform’s direction. You will work remotely from Europe initially, with relocation to San Francisco within the first year.

Qualifikationen

• Professional engineers with production software experience or equivalent founder/independent builder track record.
• Hands-on experience building/operating LLM apps or AI agent systems in production.
• Ability to work across backend, infrastructure, and frontend interfaces; ownership mindset.
• Proven software architecture skills for reliable, scalable systems.
• Practical understanding of agent workflows, memory, evaluation, and verification.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with independent technical decision-making.
• Strong generalist problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication; comfortable reporting to a founder and shaping product strategy.
• Willingness to relocate within Europe or to San Francisco within the first year.
