Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Manager – New & Strategic Initiatives to lead discovery, definition, and delivery of new products in a fully remote role based in the Netherlands. You will own the roadmap, drive API-first developments, and collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to unlock new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B software product management, with experience in KYB/KYC/AML or regulated-data fields, and a strong track record of agile, data-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B product management in software, delivering new products to market.
• Experience in KYB/KYC/AML or regulated-data fields within Fintech/Regtech.
• Experience delivering API-first products in collaboration with engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical product development and trade-offs.
• Ownership of backlog and roadmap with ability to say no to misaligned requests.
• Regular use of AI tools for research, prototyping, and problem solving.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product initiatives from concept to launch and adoption.
• Translate insights into PRDs and well-scoped releases.
• Validate ideas quickly with prototypes and early-access launches.
• Drive product adoption by monitoring usage and feedback.
• Own the roadmap and backlog, balancing commercial and technical needs.
• Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and API engineers throughout delivery.
• Define precise specifications and acceptance criteria for development.
• Understand APIs, data models, and registry integrations for scoping.
• Champion AI-native development and build clickable prototypes.
• Encourage AI-assisted practices to improve efficiency.
• Engage customers and prospects to inform decisions.
• Support go-to-market with pricing inputs and launches.
• Monitor market developments in KYB/KYC/AML and related areas.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
