Qualifikationen
- Senior video content lead or D.O.P. with sports media experience.
- Proven track record producing high-performing social video content.

- Lead day-to-day video team as a captain (creators, videographers, editors, motion designers).
- Review and quality-check video output for high creative and technical standards.
- Contribute to scripts, concepts and production from ideation to publishing.
- Oversee post-production and delivery across Instagram, TikTok, and the 433 App.
- Optimize workflows and performance using platform insights and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales and Production to align concepts with execution.
- Safeguard 433's brand DNA, tone, and creative quality across all video output.
