Job summary

Monks seeks an Audiovisual & AI Production Lead to guide end-to-end video and audio production for major brands. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI artists, shaping creative strategy and ensuring excellence across platforms.

You will drive technical direction, mentor talent, and implement efficient workflows that balance quality with timelines, keeping up with AI advancements to deliver standout campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in audiovisual production and leadership in agency/brand environments.
• Hands-on with AI tools and models (examples: ComfyUI, Runway, Higgsfield, Flora, Weavy).
• Experience with AI tooling for audiovisual productions and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team and mentor staff across post-production workflows.
• Oversee a team of editors, designers, sound designers, and AI Artists to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Set day-to-day workflows and standards for AI artists and production staff.
• Maintain pixel-perfect quality while aligning with brand and compliance guidelines across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to define project vision and technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines, staffing, and skill allocations to deliver top-tier work on schedule.
• Stay updated on audiovisual tech trends and tool advancements; propose new approaches.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on creativity and client-centric results.
