Job summary

433 Amsterdam is seeking a Managing Editor App to own the day-to-day editorial experience for the 433 app. You will lead a small team of editors, curate content across formats, and publish during peak game times.

You will also work hands-on, ensuring content remains fresh and aligned with brand standards. You’ll collaborate with Product, AI, and Marketing to enhance formats and features, using performance insights to steer editorial decisions and drive audience engagement across a global

Qualifications

• Editorial or content leadership experience.
• Experience managing a team of editors.
• Experience using data to drive editorial decisions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a 24/7 sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the app content plan and calendar: what gets made, in which formats and when it publishes.
• Lead and develop a team of 3 editors, setting quality and tone for all app content.
• Stay hands-on, creating and publishing content alongside the team and working shifts.
• Collaborate with Product, AI and Marketing to integrate content with features and growth strategies.
• Turn engagement data into editorial decisions and develop new formats to drive retention.
