Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a video creative lead who loves AI video creation. You’ll turn product marketing into compelling concepts, generate AI-driven videos, and own the edit from concept to final cut.

Working with a dedicated motion designer, you’ll shape hooks, storytelling, pacing and sound to deliver product-launch and social videos that grab attention and drive shares. This role requires strong direction, fast iteration, and a passion for cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction by turning product messages into concepts and storyboards.
• Generate videos with AI, create images, sequences and visual effects.
• Own the edit from concept to final cut with storytelling, pacing and sound.
• Lead production with the launch team and a motion designer.
• Push creativity by staying updated with AI capabilities.
