Qualifications

• Hands-on craft role: you shoot and edit to a high standard.
• You understand hooks, pacing, retention and platform differences.
• Strong camera knowledge, lighting, framing and lenses.
• Experience with social-first video and multiple aspect ratios.
• Ability to turn rough briefs into polished videos that move the business.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video end to end from planning to final cut.
• Create ads with strong hooks and tight pacing to drive engagement.
• Develop social-first videos for formats 16:9, 1:1, 9:16 and more.
• Repurpose longer videos into sharp standalone clips with editorial judgment.
• Source inspiration, spot trends and build a compelling narrative.
• Maintain organized project structures and backups.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, AI-enabled team environment.
