Job summary

Metapic, part of TradeDoubler Group, is seeking a senior operator to scale app growth through hands-on media buying and future team ownership.

You will manage campaigns across AppLovin, ironSource, Unity, Liftoff and others, optimize post-install performance, and build a scalable media buying capability with the Head of Supply.

• 5–7+ years in mobile performance marketing.
• Strong hands‑on media buying experience.
• Deep campaign management expertise.
• Experience across DSPs and app networks.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Structured under pressure.
• Commercially aware.
• Hungry to build something.

Responsibilities

• Expand the Supply Universe and identify new traffic opportunities.
• Own Media Buying & Campaign Management across multiple DSPs.
• Build repeatable optimization frameworks and testing discipline.
• Lead the transition to a scalable Media Buying capability.
• Own MMP & Post-Install logic and ensure accurate attribution.
• Collaborate with Supply Strategy, Campaign Execution and Client Performance teams.
