Job summary

Appiness, part of the TradeDoubler group, is seeking a performance-driven growth specialist to own and scale app campaigns across supply partners. This hybrid, mid-senior role is based in Amsterdam with offices in Berlin, Munich and London.

You will manage CPI/CPA targets, optimise budgets, build publisher relationships, analyze cohorts and LTV, and deliver measurable ROAS improvements for client apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile app user acquisition.
• Experience with Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience managing publisher/traffic sources.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign performance and optimization.
• Allocate budgets across publishers and traffic sources.
• Optimize for CPI/CPA and ROAS.
• Negotiate with traffic partners and test new sources.
• Drive data-led optimization and incrementality.
