United Courtesy Masters in Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to lead the hotel's dining, wine and events, and elevate guest experiences across outlets.

You will manage daily operations, strategy, and growth plans for the complete F&B department, including the rooftop Selva restaurant with 140 seats, the rooftop cocktail bar Sonora with 50 seats, the Moana bar with 70 seats, The View restaurant with 260 seats, and the Meeting & Event operation across 10 spaces with a total capacity

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the F&B department.
• Develop and execute strategy and growth plans for all F&B outlets.
• Manage budget, planning, and HACCP compliance.
• Maintain close relationship with guests and handle compliments/complaints.
