Job summary

NH Collection Barbizon Palace in Amsterdam seeks an Assistant F&B Manager to support the F&B Manager in all activities and supervise daily operations. You will coordinate food and beverage workflows, coach staff, and ensure adherence to hotel standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will also lead events, maintain guest relations, and address compliments or complaints as needed, contributing to a high-performance F&B team and premium guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or hotel team.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputize for the F&B Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor F&B workflows and standards.
• Coach, motivate, and lead the team to quality and service excellence.
