Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam invites an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to lead and elevate our five-star Food & Beverage operations in the heart of Amsterdam. You will work with the F&B Manager, F&B Office team and Heads of Departments to deliver exceptional service and drive financial performance.

Qualified candidates bring proven leadership, two F&B Head of Department experiences, strong budgeting, and a passion for guest relations, service standards, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality, preferably five-star.
• Experience as Head of Department in at least two different F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high service standards and seek improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
