Job summary

A leader in fleet management solutions is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to optimize the lifecycle of a large vehicle fleet. The role involves strategic acquisitions, compliance oversight, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, over 5 years of experience in logistics or vendor management, and excellent communication skills. Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position is based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor/supplier management, fleet management, logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fleet operations including acquisitions.
• Manage fleet performance and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee compliance and administration for fleet operations.
• Drive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide strong leadership and delegation to the team.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fleet management.
• Conduct international travel for supplier onboarding.
