Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee the day-to-day operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets, supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches across Europe. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI focus, and collaboration with engineering, product, and fleet

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet or automotive operations.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations and monitoring KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and returns to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through strong operational planning and coordination.
• Oversee depot operations, safety culture, maintenance readiness, and new city launches.
