A logistics company in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Operations Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of their vehicle fleet and driver team. You will lead a small team of drivers, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and ensure high service quality. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of supervisory experience in fleet operations. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in day‑to‑day operations or frontline team supervision.
• Experience leading a small team of approximately 5–20 drivers or operational staff.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

• Lead and supervise a team of drivers and support staff in daily fleet operations.
• Plan and monitor vehicle usage, availability, maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle vehicle insurance processes and incident response coordination.
