Job summary

Orange Capital Partners is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to support the development of the company’s financial processes. You will collaborate with asset management, data, operations and portfolio strategy teams, as well as international colleagues and external partners.

The role requires strong IFRS and HGB knowledge, a finance/ auditing background, and at least 5 years of experience in controlling or auditing within real estate. A German language proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of IFRS; knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance, auditing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of auditing or controlling experience, preferably in real estate.
Experience from real estate investments with private investors or funds is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage financial analysis and reporting with external partners, ensuring quality and consistency.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and audited year-end financials per IFRS and/or HGB.
Inform financial decision-making by budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and capital contributions/distributions.
Drive operational excellence by refining workflows and improving processes across the platform.
