Job summary
Orange Capital Partners, headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking an ambitious Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and retail assets and drive value across our real estate investments. You will coordinate with Portfolio Management, Financial Control and Investments, and contribute to digital-tool rollouts for enhanced asset management.
The role requires 4–6 years in real estate investment management or related fields, a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Real Estate, and fluency
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field.
- 4–6 years of real estate investment management, private equity, investment banking or advisory experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience with Privatisations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor property performance against budgets and business plans.
- Analyse financial statements, operating metrics and market trends.
- Drive performance and maximise returns through strategic initiatives.
- Oversee privatisation processes and major renovations.
- Prepare business plans, budgets and performance reports for assets and portfolios.
- Support investor reporting and inquiries; ensure ESG compliance.
