Job summary

Ultim invites a diligent Financial Controller to join our Finance/Investments team. You will be responsible for preparing and checking financial reports, maintaining the financial administration, and supporting budgeting and forecasting to enable sound investment decisions.

With a HBO-level background in Finance/Business Economics, you will bring analytical rigor and proactive thinking, plus strong Excel and Exact Online skills to collaborate with accountants and banks for accurate financial

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking in Finance, Business Economics or similar.
• Experience with financial processes, preferably within real estate or investments.
• Accurate, analytical and proactive.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as Exact Online.
