Job summary

Zovea is seeking an experienced financial administrator to manage the group's financial administration with precision and oversight. You will identify process improvements and act on them to keep the books clean and compliant.

Daily tasks include invoice processing in Exact, monitoring accounts receivable, VAT returns, and preparing payment runs. The role supports flexible hours with either part-time or full-time engagement and offers pension and lunch arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a financial administration role.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Exact.
• Experience with VAT filing and accounts receivable processes.
• Accurate, structured and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: accurately and on time in Exact, both purchase and sales invoices
• Accounts receivable: monitoring open items and following up when payments don't come in
• Credit card management: processing transactions correctly and keeping records clean
• VAT returns: preparing and filing returns independently, on time
• Payments: preparing payment runs and submitting them for authorization
• Process improvement: identifying where things can be done smarter, then doing something about it
