Job summary

Boekhoudvriend B.V. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process salaries accurately and on time and to serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries and employment law arrangements.

You will handle monthly payroll runs, payslips, pension returns and payroll tax filings while advising clients on terms of employment and social security matters. You will stay informed on employment law developments, liaise with tax authorities and pension funds, and support client staff changes.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO+/HBO qualification in payroll, HRM or financial administration.
• PDL diploma (VPS qualification advantageous).
• At least 2 years of work experience in payroll administration.
• Experience with Nmbrs.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, employment law and social insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll runs for various clients in Nmbrs.
• Prepare payslips, payment and journal files, pension returns and payroll tax returns.
• Advise clients on terms of employment, cao's, payroll taxes and social security legislation.
• Answer questions about payslips, employment contracts and staff changes.
• Maintain contact with Belastingdienst, pension funds and insurers.
• Keep up to date with developments in employment law and social security.
