Proyekt Professionals is seeking an Independent Financial Administrator to own the full financial administration. You will work autonomously while collaborating with the accountant for control and advice.

The role includes handling AR/AP, payments, VAT returns, payroll (with external provider), and monthly/quarterly reporting in a small, informal team. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) in the Netherlands, with freedom to organize work and direct impact on process improvements.

• 4–5 years in a similar financial role.

Independent Financial Administrator (40 hours)

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing and executing payments
• Preparing VAT returns (in collaboration with the accountant)
• Handling payroll administration in cooperation with an external payroll provider (expandable based on interest)
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports

What we’re looking for

• You are someone who takes ownership and maintains a clear overview. You don’t wait around—you make sure things get done.
• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking (financial background)
• At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Able to independently manage a full financial administration
• Structured and accurate in your work
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
• Comfortable working in a small, informal team
• Experience with SnelStart is a plus
