Job summary

InContext Consultancy BV is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant (Junior/Medior) to form a stable core of the finance team. You will handle day-to-day processing in the accounts, ensuring accuracy and smooth financial processes within a small Baarn office.

You will join a close-knit team and contribute to accounts payable/receivable, bank transactions, and journal entries. The role offers a one-year contract with potential for permanent placement, a competitive salary, pension

Qualifications

• Financial knowledge at MBO level 4 (Dutch upper secondary vocational education).
• 0–3 years of experience for junior; around 5 years for mid-level.
• Organised, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Discretion and confidentiality are required.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing bank transactions and journal entries.
• Manage project administration (optional): third-party purchases on projects.
• Prepare account specifications for annual accounts, including suspense accounts.
• Support day-to-day operations and cover other duties as needed.
