Tebi is seeking an experienced Finance professional to join during our scale-up phase in Amsterdam. You will own parts of the monthly close, drive control integrity, and help establish scalable processes as we open new entities and pursue audit-readiness.

You will collaborate with product, commercial, and leadership teams, focusing on automation and data-driven insights to support growth and more efficient finance operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit.
• Thrives in an unstructured, fast-changing scale-up environment.
• Driven to standardize and improve processes with pragmatism.
• Interest in automation and AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, confident communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own key parts of the monthly financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Be an important control point, safeguarding the integrity of our financial reporting.
• Support the setup of financial processes and controls as we open new entities and work toward audit-readiness.
• Help design and build Tebi's control framework.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial processes and support growth.
• Partner with external auditors and manage the audit process for your areas.
• Turn financial data into insights to inform business decisions.
• Continuously improve and standardize processes as Tebi scales.
