SchoolTalent is hiring a Finance Controller to partner with the CFO and lead financial operations for Dutch and German entities. You will manage payroll, VAT, general ledger, budgeting, and reporting while driving process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of finance/controller experience.
• Experience with end-to-end financial processes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and payments.
• Prepare VAT returns and financial reports.
• Analyze general ledger and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, liquidity forecasting and monthly closings.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance.
• Produce management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
