Job summary

Suitsupply seeks a Financial Controller to lead the international finance team at our Amsterdam headquarters. You will manage month-end and year-end closes, coordinate statutory reporting and external audits, and ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with finance operations, business stakeholders, and external advisors to strengthen processes while safeguarding reporting integrity as the business scales globally.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience in accounting, control, or audit.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, IFRS and Dutch GAAP, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes across IFRS and local GAAP.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and support external audits.
• Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and liaise with advisors.
• Drive process improvements in accounting standards, data master, and automation.
• Act as sparring partner to management and finance teams.
