Job summary

Mondavi in the Netherlands seeks a Financial Controller with Big4 background to lead the finance function and contribute to its professionalization. You will own financial reporting, consolidation for seven international entities, accounting reconciliation, and internal controls, while partnering with the CFO and the Polish SSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6–10 years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in Big4 or international environment.
• Familiarity with IFRS/Local GAAP; VAT/tax; proficient in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills; team-player attitude; autonomy; ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and management reports; generate dashboards for KPIs.
• Consolidation & Annual Accounts: Coordinate consolidation for seven international entities and statutory accounts.
• Accounting Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure IFRS/Local GAAP compliance and tax filing.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support forecasts and analyze variances to provide insights.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity.
