Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, likes being close to operations and is motivated by helping a business grow. You are comfortable switching between strategic discussions, detailed analysis and hands-on execution.

You Bring
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience within Finance, Controlling, Audit or Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and business control
  • Experience with SAP (preferably)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Dutch and/or Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage (B1/B2 level)

Experience within FMCG, food production, manufacturing, retail or international trading environments is highly valued. Most importantly, you are ambitious, proactive and willing to take responsibility beyond your formal job description.

The company operates in an international retail and FMCG environment, with fresh produce at the heart of its business. From multiple locations in the southern Netherlands, activities include cultivation, sourcing, packaging and export to major retail customers across Europe and selected international markets.

The Dutch operation is part of a larger international group with production and commercial activities worldwide. The business currently generates approximately €20 million in revenue and has clear ambitions to grow beyond €30 million in the coming years.

The culture combines the best of both worlds: the scale and resources of an international group, together with the agility, visibility and entrepreneurial mindset of a local business. Decision-making is fast, communication is direct and responsibilities are clear. The Dutch finance team works closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in accounting, tax, reporting and FP&A.

What's In It For You?
  • A broad and highly visible Finance Manager position
  • Direct influence on business decisions and company performance
  • International exposure within a growing global organisation
  • Close collaboration with local leadership and international stakeholders
  • Significant autonomy and ownership
  • The opportunity to shape processes, reporting and business performance
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial and down-to-earth working environment
  • Strong long-term career development opportunities
Who Will Enjoy This Role?

This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who want more than a reporting function: For individuals who enjoy being close to the business, influencing decisions and helping an organisation grow. For people who prefer ownership over bureaucracy, responsibility over hierarchy and impact over title.

If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely help shape the future of a growing international business, this is the challenge you're looking for.

NOTE: This company does not provide a VISA sponsorship. In addition, as a role where you're presence adds value, you have to live within about 60 minutes from Tilburg.
