• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and Dutch financial regulations.
• Coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Improving financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiency.
• Mentoring or managing junior finance team members.
