Job summary

MONDAVI Recruitment presents an international Financial Controller role focused on professionalizing the finance function within a fast-growing European service provider. You will own financial reporting, drive consolidation across seven entities, and work closely with the CFO to shape a clear path toward Finance Director.

The role offers mentorship from a CFO with Big Four experience, exposure to IFRS/Local GAAP, and a strong growth trajectory in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Big4 background in finance and audit preferred.
• Experience in international finance environments is a plus.
• Strong reporting and consolidation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and dashboards; ensure accuracy of statements.
• Coordinate consolidation for seven international entities and statutory accounts.
• Manage accounting reconciliations, IFRS/Local GAAP compliance, and tax filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights.
• Drive finance transformation and support SSC transition with Poland team.
