Job summary

Mondavi in the Den Bosch region is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and internal controls across its Dutch operating entity and holding company, collaborating with the CFO to drive financial strategy and governance.

You will oversee statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, delivering actionable insights to support growth and efficiency in a fast-scaling international organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 4–5 years of finance or controlling experience.
• Knowledge of VAT/tax and auditing.
• Strong accounting foundation and IFRS/Local GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate consolidation for multiple entities and annual accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax filing.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and advise on liquidity.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and tax advisors.
