Job summary

Wireless Logic Benelux is seeking a meticulous Business Administration Coordinator to own the financial administration across customers and internal teams at our Eindhoven office. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, handle invoicing, and resolve financial queries with a customer-first mindset.

This role offers autonomy, opportunities to automate processes, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, Customer Success and Development.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial administration, AR/AP focus.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies using invoices and payment records.
• Ownership of outstanding items with proactive follow-up.
• Clear communication with customers and suppliers.
• Experience with invoicing processes and accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable; follow up on outstanding items.
• Review and execute the partially automated monthly invoicing process.
• Process and review financial transactions in the accounting system.
