Job summary

IDEA StatiCa Benelux is seeking a Sales & Back Office Coordinator to support quotations, orders, licenses, invoicing, and CRM data for the Benelux region. You will also help organize meetings, events, and administrative tasks to keep the Benelux operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order administration, or a similar admin/commercial role.
• Highly organized, accurate, able to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, order processing, and license administration for Benelux customers.
• Coordinate invoicing and basic accounts receivable with HQ finance.
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure accurate commercial follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate meetings with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate local events and customer/partner activities; arrange travel and visits.
• Maintain CRM data, ensure data quality, and keep sales pipeline up to date.
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards for commercial/operational use.
• Assist onboarding of new customers, including license activation and license questions.
• Support administrative correspondence with banks, accountants, and government authorities.
