Job summary

myneva Netherlands BV in Woerden is seeking a Finance Operations Associate (m/f/d) to manage day-to-day financial administration for the Benelux entities (Netherlands, Belgium and related entities). You will handle invoices, subscriptions, project accounting and VAT, reporting to the Head of Finance Benelux & Finland, and collaborate with sales and other teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in financial administration
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and periodic closings
• Strong understanding of financial processes and administrative coherence
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
• Experience in software/SaaS or project-driven environment desirable
• Dutch language proficiency (C1)
• English proficiency for international collaboration

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing financial records in NetSuite including bank entries, subscriptions, projects and invoicing
• Processing, checking and posting incoming invoices
• Preparing, checking and sending outgoing invoices
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing payment proposals
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding items
• Managing the finance mailbox and handling queries from customers and colleagues
• Preparing Dutch and Belgian VAT returns
• Assisting with month-end closing and periodic checks
• Identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial processes
• Liaising with sales regarding contracts, orders, changes and invoicing
• Contributing to documentation, structure and process improvements
