Job summary

Wireless Logic Benelux in Eindhoven seeks a Business Administration Coordinator to manage invoicing, payments and financial administration. You will own the full cycle, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration, including AR/AP and invoicing.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies in invoices and payments.
• Independently manage outstanding items and coordinate with suppliers.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Oversee partially automated monthly invoicing process.
• Process and review financial transactions in the accounting system.
