BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Amsterdam to install, maintain, and train users on Pyxis cabinets and infusion devices across the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will work independently, manage your schedule, provide on-site technical support, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Travel to nearby countries (France, Luxembourg) is possible; fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus.

Formación

• Dutch language required; French a plus; strong command of technical English.
• Bac+2 or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with Windows systems and networking; CompTIA Network+ is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and training to biomedical teams and end users.
• Autonomously manage daily schedule and service activities with necessary tools.
• Record service reports and meet contractual KPIs.
• Follow BD quality, safety, and regulatory processes and engage with partners.
