Job summary

BD in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Remote Support (CRS) Agent to provide remote technical support for the BD COR platform across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with field engineers and internal experts to resolve complex issues in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires troubleshooting expertise, strong communication, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. It is based in Drachten with a hybrid working model and occasional regional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
Experience in remote technical support or troubleshooting of diagnostic, medical, or electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for BD COR across the EMEA region.
Troubleshoot issues using log analysis, connectivity checks, and workflow-based investigations.
Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and internal experts for on-site intervention when needed.
Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting in line with quality requirements.
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities across EMEA.
