Marel Poultry B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a Field Service Manager to lead a team of 15–20 Field Service Engineers across the EMEA region. You will develop, coach and manage the team, ensuring on-time, within-budget service delivery for our JBT Marel machinery and solutions.

You will collaborate with Innovation and Maintenance, drive talent development, and maintain high safety and service standards, while travel ~10% to support customers and projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical area.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in technical service management for capital goods, preferably in the food industry.
• Solid English and Dutch communication skills.
• Knowledge of products and processes in similar technologies/industries.
• Ability to provide high-quality field service to customers.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 15–20 Field Service Engineers.
• Plan, deliver and report on maintenance, repairs and projects.
• Hire, promote, transfer, discharge, and conduct appraisals.
• Develop and manage the team; mentor employees.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and reporting.
• Conduct Health & Safety trainings for site and machinery.
• Travel ~10% to support customers and projects.
• Align with Innovation and maintenance on new products introduced to the market.
• Participate in field service management meetings to set directions, goals and strategy for the operation.
