Job summary

JBT Marel is looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Manager to support Poultry field service across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will bridge management and operations, develop safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and guide safety practices on installations and servicing.

The role involves travel, collaboration with multiple sites and teams, and supporting global HSE policy development while driving continuous safety improvements and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Health, Safety and Environment, preferably in a service environment.
• Knowledge of international HSE standards and directions.
• Excellent command of English; strong reading, analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Organize trainings and safety awareness for field service staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of incidents, training, and compliance.
• Stay updated on local and national safety regulations.
• Support global HSE activities for Field Service and policy design.
