Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of 15–20 engineers in the Netherlands and EU. You will drive planning, performance, and people development while ensuring service excellence for our poultry portfolio.

You will mentor, hire, promote, and manage talent, coordinating with product and maintenance teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of services and projects across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical area.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Knowledge of products and processes in similar technologies/industries to the company.
• Experience in delivering high-quality field service.
• Strong English and Dutch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to determine needs for planned installations, services or repairs.
• Identify and develop future talent; mentor and support job-skill gaps.
• Conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings with next in line employees.
• Ensure maintenance, repairs, emergency support and projects are on time and within budget.
• Promote Health & Safety training for sites and machinery.
• Align with innovation and maintenance teams on new products; ensure market skills.
