Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry Solutions division. You will lead on-site installations, ensure adherence to Marel specifications, and drive project plans to customer satisfaction across international sites.

You will coordinate with the project team, customers, and subcontractors, manage safety reporting, and maintain strong communication of plans and feedback while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising on-site installations.
• Ability to schedule, prioritise and oversee work activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to policies.
• Fluent English.
• 3–5 years in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel regularly (about 60%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee installations at customers worldwide.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors.
• Maintain control of project planning and timelines.
• Communicate plans and instructions clearly to the client and team.
• Ensure timely reporting and safety incident reporting.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project.
