Job summary

Sanofi in the Netherlands seeks a Medical Engagement Lead Established Products to drive medical strategy and engagement for CVRM and established products. You will partner with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and cross-functional teams to advance scientific credibility and patient outcomes across the Netherlands.

You will lead medical education, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to real-world evidence programs while maintaining separation from commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine (MD), Pharmacy (PharmD), or Life Sciences (PhD) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of medical affairs/clinical development experience.
• Pharma industry or clinical practice experience preferred.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and medical strategy execution.
• Cardiovascular therapeutic area experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Dutch healthcare system & regulatory environment is advantageous.
• RWE generation experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical engagement strategies for CVRM and established products in NL.
• Provide scientific and medical expertise for product lifecycle in the Netherlands.
• Lead clinical engagement initiatives and hospital network engagement.
• Lead medical education initiatives and scientific communications.
• Ensure medical input into brand strategy while maintaining separation.
• Monitor landscape to strengthen Sanofi's medical positioning.
• Build relationships with KOLs and medical institutions.
• Organize advisory boards, scientific meetings, and education events.
• Review promotional materials from medical perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Population Health, market access, regulatory).
• Represent Sanofi at congresses and forums.
