Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Brand Manager for the Cardiorenal portfolio to lead launch initiatives and lifecycle management in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role can be based in Breda, Netherlands or Mechelen, Belgium, reporting to Head of Marketing BeNeLux.

You will develop multichannel campaigns, drive market access activities, collaborate with KAMs, Medical Advisor, and cross-functional teams, and optimize partnerships with hospitals and GPOs to grow market share while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in healthcare.
• Experience in Hospital business and/or orphan drugs/rare diseases is a plus.
• Digital marketing knowledge and practical experience.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans for Benelux and international scope.
• Develop and execute initiatives/campaigns to achieve commercial success in value and volume.
• Design and implement patient-centric marketing campaigns and multichannel strategies.
• Drive partnerships with GPOs and collaborate with KAMs, Medical Advisor, and Market Access.
• Prepare marketing activities for new product launches and manage promotional materials.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and budget, reporting ROI to leadership.
