Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Netherlands is looking for a results-driven Primary Care Engagement Manager to drive prescription growth in the Cardio-Renal-Metabolism area. You will build trusted relationships with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other stakeholders, delivering value-based conversations and tailored strategies to influence adoption.

This field-based role reports to the Area Head CRM and offers a hybrid work model, a competitive package, and close cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in primary care pharmaceutical sales with a proven growth record.
• Strong CRM and first-line setting network with advanced selling skills.
• Stakeholder prioritization, influence and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an account-based engagement strategy at GP practice level.
• Engage key decision-makers to influence prescribing behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support strategic plans.
• Deliver omnichannel engagement via face-to-face, digital and peer-to-peer channels.
