Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Feature Lead for the SPARC Platform within the Transversal Assets Tribe. You will own end-to-end feature outcomes across international and domestic customers, collaborating with Product Owners, Domain Architects and stakeholders across Technology, markets and business functions.

The role emphasizes leadership through expertise, clarity and influence, managing pilots, go-live readiness and scaling, while ensuring a coherent customer and product outcome.

Qualifications

• At least five years in product, feature, platform, or related digital roles.
• Experience delivering end-to-end outcomes across multiple teams.
• Experience with integration or platform challenges, pilots, go-live readiness and scaling.
• Strong understanding of acceptance criteria, testing, documentation, risk management and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear outcomes, priorities and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end outcome across teams and markets.
• Translate product direction and stakeholder input into scope, success measures and delivery approach.
• Maintain oversight of UX, functionality, data flows and readiness as one solution.
• Drive pilot readiness with implementation and business teams and contribute to go-live checkpoints.
• Grow adoption and shape the SPARC Platform roadmap based on market feedback.
