Job summary

Eswelt is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical ownership, from design to hands-on build. You’ll design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, and lead complex integrations.

The role requires strong development plus solution design skills, with CPQ experience and Salesforce certifications. International environment with freelance long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on development and solution design.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow.
• Hands-on with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Strong integration experience.
• Experience with CPQ.
• Experience with complex data models and data governance.
• Salesforce architecture/development certifications.
• Agentforce / Einstein experience is a plus.
• RevOps / Quote-to-Cash experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Build complex Salesforce integrations.
• CPQ / Quote-to-Cash architecture and configuration.
• Legacy platform migration and integration.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow.
• Data modelling, data quality and technical governance.
• REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Set technical standards and review solution quality.
• Prepare Salesforce landscape for Agentforce / Einstein use cases.
• Design scalable cross-cloud data models and integrations.
