Rabobank seeks a Tech Lead Integration to steer four Integration platform squads across API Management, Event Streaming, File Transfer, MQ, and Workflow Automation. You will connect run, change, and innovation while upholding the integral IT approach across tribes and delivering secure, scalable, self-service solutions for engineers and customers.

You'll guide technology choices, foster a high-performance culture, manage budgets, and ensure security and compliance across the integration

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in complex IT environments.
• Experience leading DevOps teams in a scaled Agile setting.
• Strong people leadership with a span of roughly 30 offshore employees.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Expertise in IT quality, security, compliance, and future-proof technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Integration platform squads and align delivery with the overall IT strategy.
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, vendor management, and platform evolution.
• Manage budgets, delivery performance, and improvement of development and maintenance processes.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, lifecycle, and availability standards.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture through coaching, collaboration, automation, and scalable integration solutions.
• Promote clear integration patterns, robust self-service platforms, and cross-squad knowledge sharing.
