Job summary

Maersk is seeking an enthusiastic FCL/LCL Operations Associate for the Benelux region. You will manage end-to-end shipment processes, handling both imports and exports, and serve as the main contact for customers.

You will monitor all ocean transport orders, respond to inquiries by email, phone or chat, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service. Flexible hours and the possibility to work from home a few days per week are offered, with a performance-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end.

• As our FCL and LCL Operations Associate - Benelux, you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process, both import and export.
• You will monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for your assigned customers, answering customer requests via email, by phone or chat.
• Be the first point of contact for our customers which makes you the face (or voice) of the company.
• You like to go the extra mile to make our customers happy and build strong relationship with them.
• Preparation of transport and customs documents.
• Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers.
• Financial handling of shipments.
