Job summary

Maersk is seeking an enthusiastic FCL/LCL Operations Associate for the Benelux region. You will manage end-to-end shipment processes, handling both imports and exports, and serve as the main contact for customers.

You will monitor all ocean transport orders, respond to inquiries by email, phone or chat, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service. Flexible hours and the possibility to work from home a few days per week are offered, with a performance-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and logistics,
• Strong customer service orientation,
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• End-to-end shipment handling for Benelux (FCL/LCL).
• Monitor ocean transport orders and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and pursue service improvements.
• Prepare transport and customs documents.
• Identify out-of-the-box solutions to improve the supply chain.
