Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Coordinator at the bol. fulfilment center in Waalwijk, NL. You will coordinate, guide and motivate a team of Operators and Flex workers across two shifts, ensuring smooth operations from 7:00-15:30 and 15:30-00:00.

You report to the Process Team Leader while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach. You bring proven logistics experience, decisive and orderly work style, and fluent English skills.

• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are required.
• Master English verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse the team of Operators and Flex workers.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in two shifts from 7:00 - 15:30 p.m. and 15:30 - 00:00 a.m. with a flexible mindset and report to the process team leader. You are working from bol. fulfilment center in Waalwijk.

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available fulltime and can work flexibly.
